Warranty coverage
A 24-month limited warranty from delivery — covering manufacturing defects, material and workmanship issues, and malfunctions under normal use. Confirmed defects are resolved with a replacement or a partial/full refund.
What is not covered
Misuse or abuse, accidents and drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and third-party accessories, adapters or power sources.
How to submit a claim
Email support@wellivu.com with your order number, product name, a description, and clear photos or videos. We respond within 24–48 business hours.
Replacement & resolution
Approved claims may include a free replacement where applicable, troubleshooting steps before replacement, or a refund to your original payment method. Delivery times may vary by destination.
Warranty limitations
Valid only for products bought directly at wellivu.com — non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser. Wellivu isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
